The Department of Alumni Relations (DAR) was established to oversee and strengthen alumni engagement across the University.
Prior to the formation of DAR, alumni matters were managed individually by faculties and centres. With the continued growth of the University and its alumni community, DAR was formed to provide a unified platform that supports and connects all TARCians, regardless of faculty or campus.
As the central coordinating department for alumni relations, DAR facilitates engagement initiatives, communication, and University-wide alumni activities, while supporting meaningful connections between alumni and their alma mater. Through these efforts, DAR seeks to foster lifelong relationships and encourage continued involvement with TAR UMT.
As part of TAR UMT’s long-standing legacy in nurturing graduates across diverse disciplines, DAR remains committed to strengthening alumni connectivity and sustaining the spirit of “Once a TARCian, Always a TARCian.”
