Yes, you may walk in to collect the academic transcript in person. Please bring along your original IC for verification and proceed to the Department of Examinations & Credit Accumulation (DECA) examination counter, located at Level 1, Bangunan Tan Sri Khaw Kai Boh.

Academic transcripts are not available for immediate viewing or download upon request. Alumni may submit a transcript application via the Alumni Portal , where you will need to select the preferred mode of collection or delivery. The applicable fee will be calculated accordingly.

Once payment has been made and validated, the request will be processed by the Department of Examinations & Credit Accumulation. Processing typically takes within five (5) working days, excluding delivery or mailing time. Please refer to the application notes in the portal for full details and terms.

The SKPG 1 (MOHE Online Tracer Study) is an official survey conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education to collect information on graduates’ current employment and post-graduation status. It helps provide a better understanding of graduate outcomes, including how alumni are progressing in the job market and how their educational experience has supported their career. Your participation contributes valuable insights that benefit policy planning, programme improvement, and the wider higher education system.

Completing the tracer study is an important step in finalizing your graduation records. It helps ensure your information is up to date for convocation processing and supports the continuous improvement of graduate support services and future programmes.

SKPG 2.0 is the follow‑up stage of the Ministry of Higher Education’s graduate tracer study system. After completing SKPG 1, graduates can use SKPG 2.0 to update or correct their employment status and career information on the official MOHE portal. It enables ongoing tracking of career progress after graduation and ensures that the government and higher education institutions have current data on alumni employment outcomes.

This updated data is vital for MOHE and your institution to understand long‑term graduate outcomes, inform education and workforce planning, and support national policies related to graduate employability.

Yes! The Department of Alumni Relations official WhatsApp numbers that may contact you for tracer study reminders are: +60 11-1085 9014 and +60 11-1059 4709, any other number should be treated with caution.

If you are facing any issue or problem while completing the survey, kindly take a screenshot of the problem and send it to us via email (alumni@tarc.edu.my) along with your personal details, including: Name, IC, Student ID, Phone Number, and a brief description of the issue. This will help us assist you more efficiently.

All TARCians automatically become alumni after graduation, no extra registration and extra charges needed. Log in to the Alumni Portal to activate your Digital Alumni Card and enjoy exclusive alumni benefits and services.

Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to the alumni login page.

2. Click “New user? Sign up”

3. Enter your personal email address

4. Create & confirm your password

5. Click the confirmation email link to activate

6. Make sure you enter your IC number without dashes (-)

TAR UMT no longer issue physical cards to alumnus. The alumni card is digital only, and you can activate it via the Alumni Portal.

Activating your card lets you enjoy alumni privileges like access to campus facilities and amenities across campuses, and stay connected with campus life.

You can activate your digital alumni cards via the Alumni Portal.

On the Alumni Portal login page, click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps to reset.

Of course! Once a TARCian, always a TARCian. Alumnus are welcome to return and enjoy selected facilities across the TAR UMT campus, including the TAR UMT Arena.

Before entering the campus, please ensure that your Digital Alumni Card has been activated. Access to facilities is available at prevailing alumni rates and is subject to availability and prior booking arrangements.

Yes. Advance booking is required for most sports and recreational facilities. Alumni are encouraged to book in advance via the online booking platform or contact the relevant person-in-charge through the respective sports facilities webpage for further assistance.

Yes, covered parking is available in TAR UMT Arena. Parking is charged at RM2 per hour for the first 3 hours, followed by RM1 per hour thereafter, with a maximum cap of RM5*.

Yes, alumni are welcome to plan pre-wedding photo shoots at TAR UMT Arena. However, prior arrangement is required. Please contact us at alumni@tarc.edu.my for approval and coordination before your shoot.

TAR UMT Arena is a modern multi-purpose facility with sports spaces, multipurpose hall, and community areas that serve both campus life and larger events.
