BoardRoom Malaysia

On 8 January 2026, the Department of Alumni Relations visited BoardRoom Malaysia, a leading corporate services firm in the Asia-Pacific with over 50 years of experience in governance, company secretarial, accounting, and advisory services. With offices across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and China, the company has built a reputation for professionalism and excellence in the corporate services sector.

The visit was warmly hosted by Samantha Tai, CEO of BoardRoom Malaysia, who is also a proud TAR UMT alumni (FAFB, Class of 1992). During the tour, the team gained insight into how BoardRoom’s operations are supported by a talented workforce, including more than 60 TAR UMT alumni contributing across various departments. 

The visit highlighted not only BoardRoom’s operations but also the meaningful contributions of TARCian alumni, showing how they apply their expertise, uphold professional standards, and make a real impact in their respective roles. Seeing alumni succeed and lead within a high-performing organisation reflects the impact of TAR UMT’s education and community beyond the campus.
