Growth Beyond the Comfort Zone: A Warm Welcome at Vistra

On 22 April 2026, the DAR team visited Vistra and reconnected with fellow TARCians, Tan Kok Siong (Head of CoSec) and Shirley Fong (Director), both from the School of Business Studies, Class of 2001. As a global provider of corporate secretarial, fund, and business support services, VISTRA supports businesses in growing across markets.

A highlight of the visit was seeing more than 20 TARCians working together in the Corporate Services division — where seniors guide, juniors grow, and opportunities are shared. It was a proud reflection of alumni not only excelling in their careers, but also lifting others along the way.

Shirley’s words remind us that learning does not end with a degree. Growth comes from staying curious, embracing new exposure, and having the courage to step beyond what is comfortable.
