TARCian Coffeelogy:

“TARCian Coffeelogy: Your Brew, Your Story” brought together TAR UMT alumni and coffee enthusiasts for a delightful session centred on the appreciation of coffee and the stories that come with every cup. The gathering created a relaxed and welcoming space for participants to slow down, connect, and enjoy a shared interest in coffee culture.

During the session, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of coffee, including the journey of coffee beans and the types of brewing techniques that influence aroma and flavour. Through engaging sharing and demonstrations, participants gained insights into how brewing methods can shape the overall coffee experience.

The event also encouraged interactive participation, allowing alumni to explore and better understand the nuances of coffee while exchanging thoughts and personal preferences with others. Conversations flowed naturally as attendees bonded over their shared curiosity and passion for coffee.
